Sample ballot came yesterday. I'll be looking over the propositions and reporting soon. About propositions, I ask some questions: Is there a problem? Is the proposition likely to solve or alleviate the problem? Is the proposition likely to be cost effective? If yes, then I might vote for the proposition.
