I would like to complain...

People who say, "I would like to thank you," or, "I would like to invite you." without telling me why they aren't doing it. "I would like to say..." Well, why DON'T you????? What's stopping you? I WANT (NOT I would like) you to stop saying "I would like to..." without telling me why you can't or won't do it.
