From Lake Arrowhead to Chula Vista there is no place left untouched. Satellite photos show more fires in Mexico the news isn't mentioning. When will it end? My mind is overloaded by the destruction. 1:30 pm Evacuations Big Bear, Forest Falls, Mountain Home Village. Radio reports people driving like maniacs from Big Bear to Lucerne Valley. The world has gone crazier than usual. 7:00 pm There is very little wind, and moisture in the air. I smelled smoke earlier, but not now.
